These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Collab platform and related services ("Service") provided by Night School Math Club ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use another person's account without permission. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.
You retain all rights to the audio, MIDI, and other content you upload to the Service. Collab does not claim any ownership over your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your authorized collaborators.
This license terminates when you delete your content or your account. We do not use your content for advertising, training machine learning models, or any purpose other than operating the Service.
The Collab platform, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Night School Math Club and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan"). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, except where we believe immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Night School Math Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or content, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account as described above.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
